Responsibilities:
- Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
- Wash all dishes, glassware, and silverware, making sure they are clean, dry and spot free.
- Keep dish area, machine, and racks clean and organized.
- Stock all clean dishes in storage locations.
- Take trash out of garbage cans and transport to the dumpster. Replacing all can liners.
- Drain dish machine and disassemble parts for cleaning.
- Sweep and mop every shift or as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Keeping chemicals full and replacing them when needed using the proper PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of all promotions and events.
- All other duties as assigned.
Environmental Working Conditions:
- The work environment contains bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations.
Target Salary:
- Target Salary Range $15.50
