Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
• Properly organize and store clean items in their designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, kitchen floors, sinks, and surrounding work areas.
• Remove trash, recycling, and food waste as needed.
• Follow all sanitation, food-safety, and workplace-safety procedures.
• Keep dishwashing supplies stocked and notify management when supplies are running low.
• Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and closing duties.
• Support cooks and other kitchen team members when needed.
• Handle restaurant equipment carefully to prevent damage or breakage.
• Complete all assigned opening, shift-change, and closing tasks.
