Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized dishroom and kitchen equipment area
• Wash and sanitize tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment by hand and machine
• Follow strict adherence to schedules, uniform, and grooming policies
• Comply with company, state, and county sanitation standards
• Assist other team members with cleaning and kitchen tasks as needed
• Perform janitorial duties including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms and windows
• Attend company meetings and training seminars

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of related experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Food Handler’s Certificate as required
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to follow directions
• Capable of safely using kitchen tools and equipment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout entire shifts in a restaurant environment
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in conditions with wet floors, noise, steam, and hot water
