JRDN Restaurant is currently seeking Dishwashers to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume, up-market restaurant environment to continue the tradition of excellence and service for which JRDN is known.
What You'll Do
Operate the dish machine according to proper procedures
Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Keep kitchen and commissary areas clean, organized, and stocked
Assist with organizing and sorting weekly food deliveries
Properly handle and store food in compliance with ServSafe and health code standards
Support the kitchen team wherever help is needed
Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Focused, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
Reliable and punctual attendance
Valid San Diego Food Handler's Certificate or the ability to get one right after hire with company support
Flexible availability - must be able to work weekends and holidays
