This role will be located at The Americano - Modern Italian Steakhouse. Job Summary
Dishwashers ensure the kitchen opens clean, stocked, and ready. This role is responsible for cleaning all dishes, kitchen tools, and prep areas, while assisting with deliveries and basic prep as needed. Key Responsibilities
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment.
Keep the dish pit, floors, and trash areas clean and organized.
Assist with early prep and unloading deliveries.
Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
