Dishwasher / Steward

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented Dishwasher / Steward to join our kitchen team. The Steward plays an essential role in keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and running efficiently throughout service.


Responsibilities

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  
  
• Maintain a clean and organized dish area throughout the shift.
  
  
• Keep floors, drains, walls, trash areas, and other kitchen areas clean and sanitary.
  
  
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  
  
• Take out trash and recycling as needed.
  
  
• Properly clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and work areas.
  
  
• Maintain cleanliness of dish machines, sinks, and surrounding areas.
  
  
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  
  
• Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties.
  
  
• Communicate with the kitchen team when supplies, chemicals, or equipment are needed.
  
  
• Work efficiently during busy service while maintaining attention to cleanliness and organization.
