The Steward ensures that all kitchen equipment, cookware, dishware, and service items are cleaned and maintained to the highest sanitation standards and overall organization of plateware, and kitchen cookware. This position supports smooth kitchen operations and contributes directly to the success of service. The Steward position is the key role in operating a well functioning operation.
