Dishwasher, Tesla Diner

The Dishwasher keeps the kitchen and front of house service areas clean, safe, and ready for continuous operation. You will handle all dish, glass, utensil, and equipment cleaning tasks across rotating shifts.

• Clean & Sanitize - Operate dishwashers, pot wash stations, and manual cleaning methods to achieve health code sanitation standards; log temperature and chemical checks
• Maintain Flow - Rapidly clear and restock plates, bowls, glasses, and serviceware to keep line stations and front of house fully stocked during service peaks
• Waste & Recycling - Separate food waste, recyclables, and landfill material; follow established disposal procedures to minimize landfill impact
• Equipment Care - Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance on dishwashing equipment; report malfunctions promptly for repair
• Facility Upkeep - Keep the dishroom, back of house floors, and adjacent areas tidy; sweep, mop, and empty trash bins on schedule
• Team Support - Assist kitchen staff with simple prep or ingredient transfers during high volume periods and communicate any shortages or issues to the Supervisor
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a spotless environment
• Reliable attendance and a proactive, positive attitude

Expected Compensation

$15.16 - $28.16/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
