Dishwasher / Utility Employee: NEW BAKERY OPENING!

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and joyful individual to join our team as a Dishwasher / Utility Employee at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Altamonte Springs, Florida for our NEW BAKERY opening! This individual will be responsible for ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized in a timely and efficient manner. As a Dishwasher / Utility Employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, and ultimately contribute to the overall success of our franchise.

Compensation & Benefits:

Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to company standards and health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning equipment and appliances, and taking out trash and recycling
- Assist with food preparation, including measuring and mixing ingredients, under the direction of the kitchen team
- Help with inventory and stocking of supplies
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene procedures
- Follow equipment cleaning and maintenance schedules of all floors, walls, ceilings, vents, and bathrooms
- Communicate any equipment issues or maintenance needs to management
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the heart of house operations
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, afteroons, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
