Position Summary
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of all kitchen equipment, service ware, and back-of-house areas. This role supports kitchen efficiency by ensuring a continuous flow of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware during high-volume service periods.
Core Responsibilities
• Operate dish machine safely and efficiently according to sanitation standards. • Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans. • Maintain clean and organized dish and storage areas. • Remove trash and recycling regularly to maintain a safe work environment. • Assist with light cleaning duties including floors, mats, drains, and surfaces. • Support kitchen team during peak service with urgency and focus.
