Position Summary
The Dishwasher plays a critical role in keeping Crisp & Green running smoothly by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. This role supports both back-of-house and service teams by ensuring dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and ready for use, while also assisting with basic kitchen cleanliness and organization as needed.
We are looking for reliable, team-oriented individuals who take pride in cleanliness, consistency, and supporting the overall flow of the restaurant. What You'll Do
Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, cookware, and food prep equipment
Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, sinks, floors, trash, and recycling areas
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (health department standards)
Support BOH team with light cleaning tasks (sweeping, mopping, trash runs)
Assist with basic kitchen organization and restocking as needed
Communicate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized back-of-house environment at all times
