Dishwasher

Responsibilities prior to shift:

• Participate in prep work
• Help to load/unload trucks
• Help to rotate/stock prepped products
• Ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen

Responsibilities During shift:

• Clean and sanitize all kitchen prep items and utensils
• Clean and sanitize all glassware, plates & silverware
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work space
• Assist other teammate with job duties
• Ensure all items coming from dishwasher are clean and sanitary
• Help to maintain dishwashing machine
• Empty trash and maintain overall cleanliness of kitchen
• Closing/other duties
• Help in cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen floors, walls, tables and equipment
• Setting dish room up for success of teammates
• Emptying all trash from building
• Cleaning floors, walls and equipment after close
