Responsibilities prior to shift:
- Participate in prep work
- Help to load/unload trucks
- Help to rotate/stock prepped products
- Ensure a clean and sanitary kitchen
Responsibilities During shift:
- Clean and sanitize all kitchen prep items and utensils
- Clean and sanitize all glassware, plates & silverware
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work space
- Assist other teammate with job duties
- Ensure all items coming from dishwasher are clean and sanitary
- Help to maintain dishwashing machine
- Empty trash and maintain overall cleanliness of kitchen
- Closing/other duties
- Help in cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen floors, walls, tables and equipment
- Setting dish room up for success of teammates
- Emptying all trash from building
- Cleaning floors, walls and equipment after close
