Opus 9 Steakhouse is looking for a dependable, hardworking Dishwasher/Utility Team Member who likes to stay busy, keep moving, and get the job done right.

Our kitchen is busy — especially when the dinner rush hits — and the dish station is at the center of it all. We need someone who can stay focused, work with urgency, keep up with the volume, and look for what needs to be done next.

This is not a sit-around-and-wait job. If you like having a full shift, staying active, and knowing your work makes a difference, you’ll fit right in.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Keep dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized
• Keep up with a steady flow of dishes during busy service
• Keep your dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Make sure cooks and servers have the clean equipment they need
• Assist with trash, floors, cleaning, stocking, and other utility duties
• Follow food-safety and sanitation procedures
• Work closely with the culinary team to keep service moving
• Stay productive throughout the entire shift
• Notice what needs attention and take care of it
• Help wherever needed to keep the kitchen operating smoothly
• Leave your station cleaner and more organized than you found it

• Is dependable, motivated, and willing to learn
• Can handle the physical demands of the position
• Has restaurant or dishwashing experience preferred, but not required
• Is available for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
