The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
• Handle multiple inbound and outbound including emergency calls promptly and courteously as priority
• Dispatch service technicians immediately to all calls and seek immediate support if calls cannot meet timelines
• Follow-up promptly with customers to confirm technician estimated time of arrival within the required timelines
• Prioritize the most important tasks with ability to keep calm in distressing or pressured situations
• Capture data promptly and accurately while maintaining neat information records in the required order • Analyze data to check and correct errors as required
• Perform all daily check in/out procedure for all technicians
• Prepare correspondence, emails, spreadsheets, and various reports as required
• Scan, file, photocopy, fax, and download documents as described in the SOP or as necessary
• Ability to work in proximity of associates and maintain a professional working relationship
• Ability to work flexible hours required by the call center schedule established by the supervisor
• Assist with other duties assigned by the lead coordinator or supervisor
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Graduated high school and completed general office or computer courses
• 2-4 years’ experience working in an office environment or preferably, in a call center
• Demonstrable experience and skills with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Total Service or other computer programs
