We are currently recruiting for a Dispatch Coordinator in Santa Maria, CA!
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm
Job Duties: Answering phones, giving quotes, scheduling/canceling shipments, and client follow ups. Respond to order requests, provide clarification, and follow-up. Process returns and credits. Scheduling deliveries. Update customer contact information. Review and prepare orders with customers to meet their needs. General office administration duties. Ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines
Job Requirements: Inside Sales / Customer Service experience, Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Typing 50+ wpm, Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. Valid CA drivers license; reliable transportation -Bilingual (fluent in Spanish & English) is desirable
