About the Role:
Rapid Care Innovation Transport LLC is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatch / Customer Service representative to join our growing team in Cedar Rapids, IA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in keeping our transport operations running smoothly while delivering exceptional service to every customer we serve.



Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and dispatch transport vehicles efficiently to meet scheduling demands
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, bookings, and updates
• Monitor driver locations and trip statuses to ensure on-time performance
• Communicate clearly with drivers, clients, and internal staff via phone, radio, or digital platforms
• Maintain accurate records of dispatched trips, customer interactions, and service logs
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, or customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Support daily operations by coordinating route planning and resource allocation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, or transportation coordination preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
• Proficiency with computers, scheduling software, and basic office tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a customer-first attitude
• Must be located in or able to commute to Cedar Rapids, IA
