Dispatch/Customer Service - Elmsford, NY
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Dispatcher on behalf of a client in Elmsford, NY. This is a contract opportunity expected to run through the end of the year, with an immediate need and onsite schedule.
The Dispatcher will serve as a critical point of coordination between customers, office staff, and field technicians.
Responsibilities include:
Answering incoming calls, prioritizing service requests
Dispatching technicians, coordinating schedules, responding to emergency situations
Updating information within company systems, and ensuring accurate communication between all parties
The ideal candidate will have prior dispatching, customer service, scheduling, or coordination experience.
Requirements include:
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential
The ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Candidates with experience in dispatch, service coordination, field operations support, transportation, facilities, maintenance, construction, or related industries are encouraged to apply.
This is a fully onsite opportunity in Elmsford, NY with immediate interviewing and onboarding.
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
