Job:  Dispatch Scheduler
Location:  Kingston, NY
Job Type:  Full Time, Temporary
Payrate:  $28/hr
Schedule:  Monday - Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch


Job Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule all drop placements and installs through direct contact with the customer(s) and the Customer Care team at the company
  • Coordinate, schedule and dispatch internal and contract technicians to support all service order activities
  • Complete and track all service order-related tasks and schedule customer revisits
  • Track, coordinate and schedule revisits for temporary drop placements and trouble calls
  • Reports to the Senior Manager of Field Operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • One or more years of customer contact and conflict resolution experience
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working across various levels of internal management, external trusted partners and community stakeholders
  • The ability to work independently under minimal supervision – must be driven and be able to define work tasks based upon project goal and corporate objectives
  • Must have strong communications skills – verbal and written
  • Must possess a valid state driver’s license
