Our nationally recognized Alarm & Security Services team is growing, and we're looking for experienced Dispatch Specialists to join us. If you've spent years building sharp judgment under pressure and take pride in doing the job right, we'd like to talk with you. You'll work alongside a steady, professional team and report to management that respects the expertise you bring to the role.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll serve as the critical link between our clients and first responders — monitoring alerts, making sound decisions quickly, and providing the kind of composed, attentive service that comes with real experience. No two days are exactly alike, and the work draws directly on your judgment and reliability.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of dispatch experience
• A track record of high-touch, professional customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience coordinating with first responders is a plus
• Ability to stay calm and focused in high-stakes situations
• Experience serving VIP or high-value clients a plus
• GED or Associate's degree required
