We are seeking a Dispatch Specialist for a 12-18+ month contract (with potential for extension and/or conversion to perm) for a hybrid position in Denver, CO. As a member of the Real Estate Help Desk, the Dispatch Specialist is responsible for dispatching service orders related to building environmental alarms, maintenance, and repairs. This role functions as the single point of contact for employees, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient resolution of building-related issues. The Help Desk operates 24/7, providing critical support for facility-related incidents, emergency calls, and service requests. Location: Hybrid Onsite, 5325 Zuni St., Denver, CO (2 days remote, 3 days onsite per week) Key Responsibilities: Monitor Alarms & Requests: Track and dispatch service orders for environmental alarms and maintenance requests, ensuring issues are escalated appropriately. Emergency Coordination: Manage emergency calls and coordinate with law enforcement and fire departments as needed. Service Orders & Work Orders: Create and assign work orders, dispatching CenturyLink personnel or contractors as required. Customer Satisfaction: Conduct follow-ups and satisfaction surveys for Facility Management. Clerical & System Operations: Answer incoming calls, manage a queue, and use multiple systems (Genesys, Microsoft Teams, and other facility management platforms) to process service requests and alarm data. Requirements: Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Experience: 2-4 years in a related role, ideally in a call center, dispatch, or customer service environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with Genesys or similar phone systems, and the ability to manage multiple computer-based systems.
