Dispatcher (Admin Specialist) - $21.50/hrTransForce is seeking a Dispatcher to support Local operations in Lebanon, TN.
About the Job
- Schedule: Tuesday - Friday (20 hours per week) 1 pm-6 pm
- Pay: $21.50/hr
- Includes Dispatch and some Admin work. On-site position
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist with dispatching and driver communications
- Data entry and administrative support
- Answer phones and respond to emails
- Maintain operational records and documentation
- Support daily transportation and logistics activities
- General office and clerical duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dispatch, transportation, or logistics experience is a plus, but not required
