Summary: Coordinators are responsible for triaging assignments to the appropriate adjuster / appraiser / consultant and provide administrative support to the claims department.<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

Administrative / Adjuster Relations<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Serves as first point of contact for clients and maintains an excellent customer service mindset.<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
    • Solves issues if feasible.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Escalates issues as necessary.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li><\/ul>
    • Develops and maintains relationships with field staff including but not limited to:<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
      • Participates in CAT deployments and shifts adjuster coverage as needed.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Talks to the adjusters. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>
        • Celebrates their triumphs<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Understands when they’re struggling and finds the correct resources to provide additional guidance.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li><\/ul>
        • Maintains availability lists, including adjusters who are temporarily ineligible for claims and the vacation calendar.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li><\/ul>
        • Alerts management staff to claims requiring additional oversight and / or forward direction.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Maintains and distributes various company -wide documentation as directed.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Handles incoming claim assignments, email communications to the claims email box, and main phone line.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Coordinates part time administrative staff and assists in entering new claims into the Claims Management System (FileTrac.)<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Maintains records through the Claims Management System (FileTrac) as assigned.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Assigns claim files to field adjusters as appropriate.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Maintains the Claim Management System, including adjuster qualifications and licensing and client guidelines as directed.<\/span>

            Requirements & Qualifications<\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

            • Experience in a claim environment, specifically with Independent Adjusting.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Experience in both carrier and independent adjusting roles is preferred.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Experience working with a remote workforce.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Experience with FileTrac, Salesforce, Xactimate, and Xactanalysis is desired.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Competency with Excel.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Experience working with an independent contract workforce.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication ability.<\/span><\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Effective customer service, organization, influence, critical thinking, conflict management, and teamwork skills.<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Demonstrated self -motivation with the ability to plan, organize, and complete tasks independently without close supervision.<\/span><\/span>
