What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily schedules based on customer needs, technician skill sets, and call priority
- Dispatch and debrief technicians throughout the day
- Keep jobs running efficiently by monitoring technician performance and productivity
- Provide timely, professional communication with customers
- Work closely with leadership to help achieve daily and monthly goals
- Be the calm, organized voice that keeps the team moving forward
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of dispatch experience, preferably in a service-based industry
- Experience dispatching field technicians
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and the ability to perform well under pressure
