Dispatcher

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Enters all run tickets in Allegro system, both internal trucking and outside contract trucking.

• Receives daily loads from area producers and schedules them for pickup.

• Enters truck mileage and barrels hauled into mileage report and EMP barrels report.

• Serves as liaison with producers and other outside transporters.

• Serves as liaison with HCOS employees and HR Department.

• Responsible for all e-time payroll administration for the Atmore location.

• Performs administrative work as needed: answering phone, typing, filing.

• Assists HCOS management personnel with administrative functions.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Two-year college degree or equivalent and five (5) for more years of related experience required and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be computer literate and detail oriented. Must be able to communicate in both oral and written correspondence.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid driver license.
