Dispatcher

As aDispatcherat Academy Bus, you will join a cross-functional team, keeping the lines of communication open between its employees and customers. This role provides an opportunity for growth within the largest privately owned and operated transportation company in the U.S. This role is located at our Boston, MA location.

Earn $20.00 per hour.

Shift:

• Thursday-Sunday
• 12:30pm-11:00pm

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of scheduling or operations experience in bus or motor coach industry
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
• Computer proficiency, including experience with MS Outlook and Excel

Responsibilities:

• Review schedules and requests
• Monitor service performance
• Coordinate with terminal leadership, customer service, and other teams to ensure safe and effective operations
