Position: Dispatcher
Pay: $22.00/hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Dispatcher to start IMMEDIATELY at $22.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize daily delivery and pickup routes for cost, efficiency, and service standards
• Dispatch drivers/messengers, monitor routes in real-time, and adjust as needed
• Create daily manifests and maintain dispatch logs, matching paperwork and invoices
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, drivers, and internal teams via phone and email
• Support warehouse shipping activities such as receiving, staging, picking/packing, and loading

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
• 2+ years experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse coordination
• Strong knowledge of Chicago-area geography and routing software
• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and sit for an 8-hour shift

Skills

• Shipping/Receiving, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, UPS shipping systems
• Customer service mindset and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with routing tools and traffic patterns in Chicago
