What You’ll Do
Dispatch technicians for residential service calls and installations
Prioritize jobs based on urgency, skillset, and location
Communicate with customers regarding appointment updates and expectations
Coordinate emergency calls and allocate resources efficiently
Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules in real time
Maintain accurate service records to support smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Dispatching, scheduling, or administrative experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Calm under pressure and detail‑oriented
Experience with dispatching software; ServiceTitan is a plus
Reliable, team‑focused, and organized
Location
In‑person at our Albany, NY branch
