We provide training, support, and opportunities for growth within our organization.What You'll DoCoordinate and schedule courier deliveriesReceive, enter, and manage orders through phone, email, and internal systemsCommunicate with drivers, customers, and team members to ensure excellent serviceMonitor deliveries and assist with issue resolution when neededMaintain accurate records, notes, and operational documentationSupport day-to-day dispatch and customer service activitiesAssist with operational needs and special projects as requiredWhat We're Looking ForPreferred Qualifications1+ year of experience in dispatching, logistics, transportation, customer service, or a related fieldStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitudeFamiliarity with routing, maps, and geographic areasComfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office applicationsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseProfessional demeanor and strong customer service skillsAbility to pass a background check and drug screeningAcceptable criminal background and motor vehicle recordScheduleThis position is primarily a 2nd Shift role, with typical hours of 2:00pm-10:00pm, Monday through Friday.Occasional flexibility may be needed to support business demands, including overtime, weekend, or holiday coverage when necessary.
