Qualifications
- 1–2 years of dispatch experience preferred
- Basic understanding of the logistics industry
- Knowledge of drayage or other transportation-related operations is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation and delivery schedules
- Dispatch and communicate with drivers in both English and Spanish as needed
- Monitor shipments and delivery status
- Coordinate with warehouses and customers
- Maintain accurate dispatch records
- Provide excellent customer service

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
