Job Site: Compton, CA
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Job Summary
ACS Staffing is hiring a Logistics Dispatcher for a client in Compton, CA. We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual who can coordinate the movement of goods while communicating effectively with drivers, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation and delivery schedules
- Dispatch and communicate with drivers in both English and Spanish as needed
- Monitor shipments and delivery status
- Coordinate with warehouses and customers
- Maintain accurate dispatch records
- Provide excellent customer service

Qualifications
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of dispatch experience preferred
- Basic understanding of the logistics industry
- Knowledge of drayage or other transportation-related operations is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
