Mon -Fri 8 am -5 pm (sub to change)

Summary: Coordinates and communicates with drivers, emergency responders or service personnel to schedule and direct operations, ensuring timely responses or deliveries. Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with DOT regulations.

Prepare and reconcile shipping, delivery, and service performance reports. Supervise inbound and outbound docks, scanning and accounting for items. Review and verify shipment documentation (invoices, packing lists). Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and track stock levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Scheduled and assigned drivers for freight deliveries and pickups based on availability, experience, and Hours-of-Service (HOS) compliance.
• Planned, optimized, and adjusted routes to maximize efficiency while adapting to traffic, weather, and unforeseen road conditions.
• Communicated with customers to provide freight status updates, delivery ETAs, and special handling instructions Monitored drivers in transit using GPS tracking systems and responded to both emergency and non-emergency situations.
• Prepared and managed logistics documentation, including shipment records, freight bills, invoices, permits, and compliance reports
