Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily technician schedules and adjust routes as needed throughout the day.
• Prioritize emergency, same-day, and time-sensitive service calls.
• Communicate job details, customer concerns, and scheduling changes with technicians.
• Work closely with technicians, service managers, and office staff to keep jobs moving efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer and job information in scheduling software, including ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a calm, professional, and organized approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Help maximize technician productivity while maintaining realistic schedules and travel times.

Qualifications:

• One (1)+ years of dispatching experience form HVAC, plumbing or electrical required.
• Ability to work onsite in the office on a daily basis.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Experience using ServiceTitan is highly preferred.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to help maximize technician productivity while maintaining realistic schedules and travel times.
• Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and phone systems.
