Wrecker / Towing Dispatcher – Now Hiring


Bosco’s Automotive is looking for a reliable and organized Wrecker Dispatcher to join our towing department in Enfield, CT.


This is a fast-paced position that requires strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to handle multiple calls and drivers at the same time.


Job responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming towing and roadside assistance calls
  
  
• Dispatching drivers and assigning calls efficiently
  
  
• Coordinating police, accident, roadside, and private towing calls
  
  
• Communicating with customers, drivers, police departments, and staff
  
  
• Entering and maintaining accurate call and vehicle information
  
  
• Monitoring active calls and keeping drivers updated
  
  
• Providing professional customer service
  
  

What we are looking for:

• Dependable and punctual
  
  
• Strong phone and communication skills
  
  
• Comfortable working with computers
  
  
• Able to stay calm and organized in a busy environment
  
  
• Able to multitask and make quick decisions
  
  
• Previous dispatching, towing, automotive, or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider the right person
