Since 2013, Pacific Plumbing & Rooter has been serving homeowners throughout Eugene, Lane County, and surrounding communities with dependable plumbing solutions and outstanding workmanship. Founded by industry veterans Josh Edwards and Rob Ketch, who bring more than 40 years of combined experience, our company was built on a simple promise: deliver honest service, quality work, and an exceptional customer experience every time.

 

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer sites based on priority, location, and technician availability
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates on technician arrival times
• Maintain accurate records of all dispatched jobs, permits, and customer interactions
• Coordinate with local municipalities and agencies to ensure compliance with regulations
• Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Prior experience in dispatching or coordinating in a similar industry is highly preferred (HVAC/Plumbing)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Schedule: Monday - Friday (7AM-4PM)

 

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time
• May be required to sit for long periods of time
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
