+ Starting pay is $27.30 with progression to $30.68 over 4 years.

KeyResponsibilities:
+ Overseeroadserviceassignedcarriersbytrackingtripperformancemeasures,routebeginontime, performance, incidents, etc.
+ Providecustomersupportbyrespondingtoquestionsandconcernsregardingcustomertrips,includingno shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
+ Manageemergencysituationsforvehicleoperators;actasliaisonbetweenthecarrierandemergency services.Managedailyservicebyreviewingrouteperformanceandproactivelyrespondingtosituationsthatimpact customer service.
+ Otherdutiesasrequired.
Qualifications:
+ HighSchoolDiplomaorGED;
+ TechnicalDegreepreferred.
+ 3-5years'experiencedispatching.
+ Excellentverbal,interpersonalandcustomerserviceskills.
+ Problemsolvingandanalyticalskills.
+ Mustbeabletoworkshiftsorflexibleworkschedulesasneeded.

+ Pushandpullobjectsupto 25pounds,occasionallythroughouttheworkday;liftmaterialweighingupto 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level
+ Withstandheavytrafficareaswhileperformingthedutiesofthejob;tolerateexposuretoconsiderable amounts of dust, vehicle fumes, and noise.
