Dispatcher Transdev in Everett WA, is hiring a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher oversees road service through communication with Operatorsandprovidescustomersupporttotheclients. Transdevisproudtooffer: Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement: + Starting pay is $27.30 with progression to $30.68 over 4 years. Benefits include: * Vacation: up to 14 days per year * Paid Sick Leave: 8 hrs monthly for full-time employees/ 5 hrs monthly for part-time employees; medical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits, and company holidays. KeyResponsibilities: + Overseeroadserviceassignedcarriersbytrackingtripperformancemeasures,routebeginontime, performance, incidents, etc. + Providecustomersupportbyrespondingtoquestionsandconcernsregardingcustomertrips,includingno shows, cancellations, and missed trips. + Manageemergencysituationsforvehicleoperators;actasliaisonbetweenthecarrierandemergency services.Managedailyservicebyreviewingrouteperformanceandproactivelyrespondingtosituationsthatimpact customer service. + Otherdutiesasrequired. Qualifications: + HighSchoolDiplomaorGED; + TechnicalDegreepreferred. + 3-5years'experiencedispatching. + Excellentverbal,interpersonalandcustomerserviceskills. + Problemsolvingandanalyticalskills. + Mustbeabletoworkshiftsorflexibleworkschedulesasneeded.
