Dispatcher Fremont, Ca – Job Description The Dispatcher coordinates daily delivery operations, assigns routes, and supports drivers to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and monitor drivers based on schedules and customer needs

• Track routes, resolve delays, and provide real-time support

• Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and customer service

• Maintain delivery logs, route updates, and driver activity records

• Use dispatching software, GPS tools, and communication systems

• Handle incoming calls and emails related to deliveries

• Assist with route planning and load assignments

• Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficient with computers, GPS tools, and Microsoft/Google applications

• Ability to multitask and make quick decisions
