What Youll Do:
- Dispatch and deploy technicians to keep the schedule moving efficiently
- Monitor jobs in ServiceTitan, communicate ETAs, and reschedule when needed
- Verify calls 24 hours in advance and confirm bookings before dispatch
- Partner with service, sales, and operations to keep conversions on track
- Communicate clearly with the contact center and customers under pressure
- Follow up on all jobs and keep notes and records accurate in ServiceTitan
What We Need:
- Minimum 1 year of dispatching or scheduling experience (2+ years preferred)
- Strong organizational skills - you manage multiple moving pieces without dropping any
- Comfortable and confident communicating under pressure
- Computer literate - email, MS Office, and scheduling tools
- ServiceTitan experience a plus
- Previous home services industry experience a plus
- Able to pass background check and drug screen upon offer
