As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the transportation of goods and ensuring efficient delivery. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule transportation of goods
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any issues or delays
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and Track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Data Entry
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus
- Flexible schedule with availability for overtime, weekends, and night shifts.
- Previous experience in on-demand delivery Dispatch / Courier & Fleet Dispatch preferred.
- Tech-savvy, ability to learn and use new software with relative ease.
- Strong Geographical knowledge of SFO/SJC/OAK
