About the Role
This is not a "set it and forget it" scheduling job. You'll own the board in real time - making decisions that impact revenue, technician efficiency, and customer experience every single day.
What You'll Do
- Own and manage the daily schedule in ServiceTitan
- Dispatch the right technician to the right call based on skill, location, and opportunity
- Adjust the board throughout the day to maximize productivity and revenue
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding ETAs and changes
- Support technicians in the field to keep jobs running smoothly
- Ensure jobs are completed, rescheduled properly, and closed out accurately
What You Bring
- Experience dispatching in home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceTitan or similar software
- Ability to handle a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Clear, professional communication with customers and field teams
- A proactive mindset - you stay ahead of problems, not behind them
Requirements
- Able to work on-site in Austin, Texas
- Comfortable making outbound customer calls
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen upon offer
- Active work authorization in the U.S.
- Schedule will include one weekend day on a regular basis
