Overview:
To ensure maximum guest service is achieved through the dispatch of guest calls to housekeeping staff, callbacks and tracking of calls.
Responsibilities:
• Disperses information to housekeeping staff Team Members by radio on a situation basis.
• Maintains a guest dispatcher log, written or by use of a computer. Reads posted orders to ascertain personnel requirements and post assignment information on dispatch board. Compiles and records data for dispatch. Calling guests back to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Responsible for checking and reporting safety hazards.
• Ensures the safety and security of all guests and Team Members.
• Administrative duties such as filing, copying, faxing and departmental distribution.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
- Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
- Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
- Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.

Pay Range:
USD $11.00 - USD $11.00 /Hr.
