Summary:
As a Dispatcher working in the HomeTown system, you will be responsible for taking calls and organizing the daily routes for sales and service technicians. The main duties center around achieving a fuel and time-efficient route.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules and routes for drivers.
Communicate effectively with customers and drivers.
Ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Build strong relationships with customers and drivers.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching.
Trades knowledge is a plus.
Strong customer service and data entry skills.
