Responsibilities
Notify customers when parts arrive and coordinate the logistics to install parts. Utilize system software to communicate to Customer Service Representatives of scheduling capabilities. Assist Service Technicians, Supervisors, Managers and Customer Service Representatives daily. Manage technician's workload to achieve compliance goals. Communicate any service concern /issues. Responsible for creating work orders, dispatching technicians, and communicating with customers. Must remain agile and ready to handle sudden route changes or delivery issues.
