What You’ll Do
- Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments
- Prioritize calls based on urgency, customer needs, and technician availability
- Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and represent the Bassett brand with professionalism
- Schedule appointments using right tech/right call guidelines
- Enter customer and call information accurately into our system
- Receive and document emergency and non‑emergency calls
- Monitor field technicians to ensure efficient routing and time management
- Support the team with clear communication and strong follow‑through
What You Need
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Clear communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability for weekends and evenings
- Successful completion of assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening
