Role and Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinates driver/truck destination, route, delivery time, EFS card, & ComChecks
• Organized driver Outbound/Inbound window and calls
• Verifies Bills of Ladings
• Build loads in McLeod.
• Must be able to assist with HOS and ELD compliance.
• Assist with tracking & recording.
• Ensure Yard Checks are complete.
• Update McLeod with Driver & Truck information daily
• Complete E-manifest requirements as needed.
• Develop reports as needed.
• Coordinate Trip Envelopes and distribute as needed.
• Manage Relationships with driver.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Strong communication skills, proficient English, telephone skills, strong computer skills, must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking, be dependable and have strong time management skills.
