Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp, Full-Time
Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

HVAC Dispatcher Job Description:
As an HVAC Dispatcher, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and dispatching technicians to service calls efficiently.
• Delivering top-notch customer service and managing client inquiries.
• Preparing daily payroll and accurately completing time sheets.
• Auditing and approving technicians' weekly time sheets to ensure accuracy.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Prior experience in HVAC dispatching is a must.
• Proficiency in Service Titan or House Call Pro. 
• Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
