Our well-established client is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Dispatcher to join their growing team. This position is based in Albany, shifts are Monday-Friday with some occasional weekend availability.
Responsibilities of the 2nd Shift Dispatcher will include:Receive customer service calls
Dispatches service vehicles utilizing digital software
Acts as liaison with contractors
Verifies eligibility, benefits, and enrollment of customer
Supports other departments as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications of the 2nd Shift Dispatcher:Some previous dispatching experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent customer service skills
Strong knowledge of local geography
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging from $20-$21/hr.
