Road Runner Wrecker Service is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our operations team. Dispatchers play a critical role in coordinating tow truck operators and equipment, ensuring customers receive timely service, and keeping operations running efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires excellent communication skills, sound decision-making, strong multitasking abilities, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple active calls and resources.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Dispatch, call center, logistics, or towing industry experience preferred.
Experience with dispatch software, GPS mapping, or fleet management systems is a plus.

Sunday - Tuesday
*5PM - 5AM
*This role will receive a nighttime differential on their base hourly rate
Schedules may be adjusted based on operational needs.
