What You'll Do
- Dispatch and coordinate service technicians
- Manage daily schedules and adjust priorities as needed
- Communicate with customers and technicians throughout the day
- Order and coordinate parts
- Help keep service calls running efficiently
- Handle scheduling changes and unexpected issues
- Provide professional, friendly customer service
- Keep information accurate and organized in ServiceTitan
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Previous service dispatching experience
- Experience with parts ordering and coordination
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- General knowledge of HVAC systems, terminology, and service operations
- Professional phone communication skills
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, busy environment
- Positive attitude and strong team-player mentality
Pay: $27–$30 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PMLocation: Onsite position
