What You'll Do

As our Dispatch & Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the communication hub between our customers, technicians, and office team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Dispatching and scheduling technicians for maximum efficiency.
• Coordinating emergency service calls while minimizing downtime.
• Managing the daily service board and adjusting schedules as priorities change.
• Communicating professionally with customers regarding appointment times and updates.
• Confirming next-day appointments.
• Receiving, organizing, and staging incoming parts for technicians.
• Matching parts to work orders and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Supporting office operations to ensure exceptional customer service every day.

What We're Looking For

Previous dispatching experience is required. This is not an entry-level position.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has experience dispatching in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, restaurant equipment repair, towing, trucking, restoration, or another service industry.
• Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
• Can successfully manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
• Communicates professionally and confidently with customers and technicians.
• Remains calm and solution-focused when schedules change.
• Is dependable, accountable, and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Learns new software quickly and is comfortable using computers throughout the day.
