We’re looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Dispatcher to help keep our technicians moving efficiently while delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.
This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Alternating Saturdays (with Thursday off that week)

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and dispatch technicians to service calls efficiently
- Prioritize emergency and high-priority customer calls
- Optimize technician schedules to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction
- Communicate updates between customers and field technicians throughout the day
- Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests
- Maintain accurate customer information and service records
- Utilize ServiceTitan software to manage dispatch operations
- Deliver professional, friendly customer service on every interaction
- Support a positive, team-oriented work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Prior customer service/dispatching experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and hold others accountable
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software preferred
